What is a good ME/CFS doctor around the U.S. Appalachian region? Specifically, I am looking around West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, or North Carolina. I have gone through some of the online CFS doc listings as well as several PR threads on doctors and am collecting information before deciding on my next course of action.


What might a patient expect with the doctor? (e.g. money, tests, treatment)
