Anyone tried Juice Feasting

I'm thinking about doing this and wondering if anyone here has tried it or if there are previous threads. It seems Rainocheck's original guide is $140...which is a LOT for me to invest without real feedback.

Close to 20 years ago I tried a lemon juice-cayenne-maple syrup cleanse that was popular and got sick. There may have been a few other things involved but it was primarily a fast of sorts and it was too rough. Generally it's not recommended for people with ME/CFS to do fasts because our bodies don't detox properly, among other things.

What are you trying to accomplish?
