Periodically I get irritating lesions on my cornea called Thygeson Superficial Punctate Keratitis. It's pretty rare, though an ophthalmologist told me he commonly saw it in cfs.

TSPK has a genetic association with HLA-DR3 (also linked to Sjögren's syndrome). Does anyone else get this? ATM they don't know what causes it. Does anyone have a clue about this?
