It might help to define "good" in this context. None of the top ME/CFS specialists using the progressive and/or aggressive treatments are in TX. Someone might be able to point you to a naturopath or the like who can help with some cfs symptoms or deal with methylation problems, though.
I agree with @SOC and do not know of any CFS specialists in Texas but you could probably find a good ND or other practitioners to help with symptom relief, supplements, etc.
