No, my mistake I meant Enzymatic, and Jarrows. Jarrows is good, but Enzymatic is the best.

Funkyqueen: you are in France, right? Sterop B12 for intramuscular injections can be ordered without prescription from pharmacies in Belgium/Netherlands. It is Hydroxocobalamine, not Methyl, though. It is the one dr. De Meirleir often recommends for his patients.

@Avena : i only want methyl form ;-) i know its very hard to find in Europe, but just right now, i'm in US.
I don't find those you speak me about, but i found in a Wallgreen some Methyl B12 form
In wich supermarket in America ( or by internet shop) i can find " Enzymatics" , pls ?
