Currently, the only insurance Dr. Natelson's office accepts is Medicare. Payment is required in full at time of visit. Documentation for reimbursement from insurance companies will be provided to patients. The cost of the initial patient 90 minute consultation is $1230, follow-up consultations are $400.

That's an expensive way to be told, one failed the tilt-table test.
