Does the methylation support require more than just Adenosyl B12?

Yes, Adeno b12 is not directly correlated with methylation as much as methyl, or hydroxy b12 for specific mechanisms. I don't remember exactly why, did some reading again and could not find it. I am sure someone else will chime in with more specific information though. Great question!
