Hey,
No point in talking to my doctor about this because he will tell me that there is no link and I am imagining it but I though maybe someone here can shed some light on this.
My cfs has been improving some what and i am able to take on somewhat more activity as long as it it not increasing my heart rate too much, the problem i have with anything that lifts my heart rate (ie hoovering) is that i start belching, then I get palpitations, dizziness and then i find it difficult to take a deep breath and have pressure in my chest whilst a continuos barrage of non stop belching continues for 30 mins, as soon as the belching stops i start to recover. The chest pain continue for a while and i assume it's heart burn.
I am positive that my palpitations, Difficulty getting a deep breath and belching are linked, i just don't know if my heart is upsetting my gut or vies versa.
I have read this could be hiatus hernia related as i have one of those, Have had my Heart checked a year ago by a cardiologists and he told me it was stress related and offered me anti depressants
