Acidic stool?

Anyone else deal with this? I wonder if it's an indication of dysbiosis and/or acidosis. I suspect acidic because my stools, regardless of consistency, tend to damage tissue around my terminal rectum and anus (internal + external fissures and hemorrhoids)
