A week after the flu.... :(

I find that any cold or flu I get gives rise to an extended payback (PEM). I've never put it down to anything more than that.

A quick update: I mostly recovered and feel like I am back at my old level of sickness. So luckily it wasn't a huge crash. Took me me more than 6 weeks to recover though.
