I recently bought a a Qi Gong video that some of you might enjoy. It is 7 minutes of Magic, by Lee Holden. (If you live in the Bay Area, you may have seen him on PBS) I am very limited physically, and am always on the hunt for something that I can do, and one of his routines (AM easy version) I can actually get through. I have to adapt his routines so I am lying or sitting down, which is easy. He incorporates stretching, yoga and qi gong - I can't do everything, but enough to make to worth while.

He has some free content on his web site, including this routine, which I like because you do the entire routine lying down...
