I found little bits of interest all the way through.
For me personally, possibly the most interesting bits or the bits I might use in the future are:

- statement endorsed by the International Association of ME/CFS (pages 17-19)

- the piece, "Definition of recovery in CFS" (by David Bell and David Bell! - I had heard of the second one before, that I can recall, or maybe I just presumed it was the MD). (pages 23-27)

I also found what was happening in the other European countries of interest (pages 37-44).

But my tastes might be different others as I am a long term activist.

Generally, I found it fairly easy to read (I stopped studying biology at age 16).
