A CFS study on genetic risks found flawed

The original study had been downloaded like 14,000 times in only 2 years, but is now claimed to be completely wrong:

There was a discussion here in the forum on the original study when it came out and the problems it seemed to have. But of course, everything is always here first...

Looks like the take-home message is that if you are trying to determine whether a given SNP mutation is more common in ME/CFS patients compared to healthy people, you have to compare it to 23andMe's own database of healthy control data, rather than any other genetic reference databases.
