I started with AOR. I finished the first bottle and am on the second - both bought from iherb - same lot.
I obtained a bottle of Perque and started on it 3 days ago substituting 1000 mcg with 1/2 Perque the first 2 days then substituting 2000 mcg today. I was taking 3 of the 1000 mcg AOR tablets.
I am suspecting an increase in detox symptoms.
I see a discussion (haven't read it all) about various MB12's.
Does anyone have experience with these two supplements and saw a change in how they felt/ reacted to them?
