    For those taking apoptosis stimulators: Are your herxheimer reactions worse at night? (pain, inflammation from taking supplements)

    Please post what regimens/supplements you are doing to cause herxheimer effect. Symptom sequence. Any improvement (reduction in herx effect over time and ME improvement)? What viruses/bacteria are you targeting?

    Has anyone experienced this reaction from being on Valtrex to treat Ebstein-Barr Virus? Has anyone had any luck with this treatment option?
