My Bad Experience With Growth Hormone Peptides - Need Advice How To Fix?

...be a gentle attempt at getting the HPA axis to try to return to normal. There is also a risky HPA axis reset you can do with the drug mifepristone, but I would be wary of that. If you =Hip&o=date']search my posts for mifepristone, you will see my own rather negative experiences with...

What do we know about CT38/Urocortin II?

There is a post here which compares the mechanism of Cortene to the similar mifepristone protocol used by Dr Nancy Klimas (which I hope is correct).

Mifepristone for ME/CFS? (NK Cell Function / HPA Reset)

Yeah, I am just glad I cautiously tried lower doses first, just in case adverse effects did appear. The very first mifepristone dose I tried was just 100 mg as a single one-off test, and I did not notice much from that. So then about 6 weeks later I moved up to 250 mg, again taken as a single...

Mifepristone for ME/CFS? (NK Cell Function / HPA Reset)

Mifepristone is around $100 for 10 grams of powder on ec21.com, but please see the warnings of the adverse effects I experienced when trying this drug ([0]=249&q=Mifepristone']search my posts for info).

CDC Roundtable, Multisite Study, Klimas' attempt to reset ME/CFS (very interesting!)

The results of my own test of the mifepristone HPA-axis reset are given in this post. I had some negative side effects, and those remained for a good 6 months, slowly fading, but have not yet completely disappeared. The impression I got with mifepristone is that it does make changes on a...

    Cortene Peptide for MECFS? "Curative"?!

I took a 250 mg test dose of mifepristone 9 days ago, and unfortunately developed substantial psychiatric side effects from it (including extreme irritability for one day, then followed by some mild psychosis for about 5 days, then some depression). It's been a pretty unpleasant experience. I...

    Cortene Peptide for MECFS? "Curative"?!

A rash can appear after longer term use, but for a HPA-axis reset, you only need to take mifepristone for a few days. Quite a few studies have tested mifepristone as a depression treatment, and I did not see mention of any significant risks.

    Cortene Peptide for MECFS? "Curative"?!

I wonder what advantages this new CT38 peptide has over the abortion drug mifepristone (aka RU-486)? Both CT38 and mifepristone act to temporarily inhibit the actions of the HPA-axis, and in both cases this is thought may lead to a HPA-axis reset. The idea is that the temporary inhibition of...

Mifepristone for ME/CFS? (NK Cell Function / HPA Reset)

...I tend to think that if a physiological system is out of its normal equilibrium, there is a specific cause to this, and the disequilibrium will not be fixed until the cause is addressed. That said, I may still experiment with a mifepristone HPA-axis reset, as I've nothing to lose in trying.

Mifepristone for ME/CFS? (NK Cell Function / HPA Reset)

Blocking the progesterone receptor is not the reason why mifepristone might help ME/CFS; it's the blocking effect this drug has on the glucocorticoid type II receptor that is thought to produce the HPA-axis reset. Some studies have shown that taking mifepristone for just 4 days (at a daily dose...

Mifepristone for ME/CFS? (NK Cell Function / HPA Reset)

Mifepristone is thought to be a HPA-axis resetter, not a universal panacea.

Mifepristone for ME/CFS? (NK Cell Function / HPA Reset)

You only need to take mifepristone for four days to achieve an HPA-axis reset.

Mifepristone for ME/CFS? (NK Cell Function / HPA Reset)

The HPA-axis reset that mifepristone is thought to achieve arises from this drug's antagonism of the glucocorticoid type II receptors. Since there is thought to be HPA-axis dysfunction in ME/CFS, this HPA-axis reset might have beneficial effects for ME/CFS patients. In this study on patients...

Phenibut from Bulk Powders And RU486 mifepristone

...as I would still like to try it. The trouble is trying find an inexpensive source: even the cheap overseas pharmacies in India etc sell mifepristone at around $100 for just one 200 mg pill. If you look at this study in which mifepristone (RU 486) was used to treat major depression, they...

Phenibut from Bulk Powders And RU486 mifepristone

Thanks renerdrat. I have actually now contacted four different people from ec21.com who are selling mifepristone powder in small 10 gram amounts, and most of them replied within 24 hours, offering 10 grams for prices ranging from $45 to $80. Though these suppliers were asking quite a lot for...

Phenibut from Bulk Powders And RU486 mifepristone

May I ask, did you have to say that you were a company rather than an individual in order to buy mifepristone powder via this ec21.com website that lists wholesale manufacturers? I have in the past bought from such wholesale manufacturers in China, but I had to say I was a trading company...
