What sort of symptoms might a person with an MTHFR problem get if they take too much folic acid? I mean a dose of 1,500 mcg folic acid daily.

I get too much folic acid from my B-complex because I need to take it 3 or 4 times a day plus well as folic acid in other supplement mixtures. I could take separate B vitamins if it is necessary but it would be a nuisance.

I imagine you might get brain fog and fatigue but I would like to know if there are more specific symptoms I can look for.
