May i ask what is adb12 and mb12? I am very ignorant!

Hi Anniekim,

Mb12 - methylcobalamin and about a dozen other names.

Adb12 - adenosylcobalamin and a number of other names including dibencozide.

Mb12 is for nerves, cell reproduction and just about all purposes of b12 in the body except those served by adb12. Adb12 occupies the mitochondria at the heart of the Krebs cycle cranking out ATP (the energy currency of the body). It also modifies certain fatty acids involved in making myelin. Many people find that they benefit from both and have distinctive responses to each.
