It's a non-parasitic-in-humans C. Elegans. Short, dramatic timelapse sequence - like Lilliputians attacking a Gulliver -- but not fun when ones own eosinophils do the same to ourselves.

well the thing is that I don't think they kill all the worms like in your GI tract, high eosinophil can be a marker of parasitic infection. I think it requires several weeks of albendazole+pyrantel

Cool video. I used to study c. elegans in a lab (I worked in developmental genetics).

I've learned how eosinophils attack parasites with MBP but I've never seen a video.
