This is pretty widely available everywhere from iHerb to Amazon. Emerita is a popular brand though there are many.

I prefer sublingual drops because there is less risk of building up in the fat tissues leading to progesterone excess. Beswecken makes Progon B-L 4x which is the brand I'm currently using though I prefer Pro-Adapt which is harder to find.
