This new MEA leaflet contains detailed information and guidance on all aspects of pre-travel health planning and health care whilst abroad

In particular:
  • Any vaccinations that may be required and A-Z of specific vaccines

  • Malaria prevention

  • Air travel health - including blood clot prevention

  • Time zone problems, jet lag and melatonin

  • Coping with excessive heat

  • Stomach upsets and traveller's diarrhoea

  • First aid kit and medication aboroad

  • Travel insurance and European Health Insurance Card etc

  • Reliable sources of other information

We also have a separate 'To Whom It May Concern' letter (signed by myself) that can be used to explain ME/CFS to airport operators, airlines, hotels etc in relation to any assistance and adaptions that may be required:
