@nanonug In Germany Atovaquone is only available as a combination with Proguanil as an antimalarial drug. I think that would work just as well

I think if I'm Toxoplasma positive, I am going to try it. But not sure yet, maybe I'll make another Valacyclovir trial first because I just completed a course of IV antibiotics.

Turns out I'm T. Gondii seronegative. At least some good news among all the bad luck with the CFS...
