At some point more vigorous legal action will be a good idea. We're getting closer to that time as our advocacy gels more especially since the IOM situation is forcing us to up our game.

Thanks for the clarification, justin. Yes, the IOM is forcing everything to a head. We cannot let them bury us as they are definitely trying to do. I hope something will break the stalemate. We need legal advice and lobbying.
