No Little Bluestem -

I have my usual tightness in my jaw and muscles back.
Its unrefreshing sleep/too much sleep/ sleep reversal which has been my main pattern.

my above post was meant to mention there is an 'after the fact ' tetanus jab...forget what its called...different to a tetanus jab.

somehow I forgot to mention that and got side tracked on something else entirely !
