Does anyone know when ltd with private insurance terminates. Normal retirement age of 65 or age 60 which is when employee can get unreduced company pension?

It varies with each particular company and policy. You should get a copy of your Plan Description from HR. Unless things are different in Canada from the US, what is written on the Plan is often different from reality.
