I still have a bunch of questions. Forgive me if these are answered somewhere, I have looked around for a week and haven't found some info.
Basically, I want to start the protocol, at a low dose building up to mitigate any start-up symptoms. I am looking to find exactly what I should take at which dosage initially and then figure out where to go from there. I haven't done any of the methylation tests and want to start supplementing immediately, but would consider testing if it is considered worth while.. this seems to be very controversial.
1. What is a recommended B complex? This one? Extra biotin needed?
2. Does Vitamin A generally need to be supplemented above a high qualtiy fish oil (2 caps daily)?
3. What is a recommended starting dosage for:
5. In what order should I begin taking Active B12s/essential cofactors?
This post reflects what is written elsewhere but This one is different in sequence (yet references the former).
6. Is there a consolidated post on how to adjust dosages based on symptoms, in any defined sequence?
