The b vitamin doses are a bit high compared to the folate and b12 which I assume you meant by "b15". Aside from that I would definitely only take 10mg total (at most) of b6 a day (pyridoxine) and exchange it for the P5P form. The niacin is also so high that it would stop the methylation pathways in its tracks based on the low doses of b12 and folate.

It's not b12 it's really b15. My b12 are already pretty high, so I didn't include in this formula.
I did it with a doctor so I don't understand all the mechanisms...
But he said since my b12 is high, I could take this formula for something like 20 days and than have blood work again, and perhaps do more b12 if necessary.
