This sounds interesting, along with the other glandulars you mentioned. Can you say which brand you were using and the dose? Thanks.pituitary glandular helped me.
So what Medicine should I try next for my sleep?
If it is the "wired" over-stimulated mind state of ME/CFS that is robbing the depth from your sleep (which I think may be the case with some ME/CFS patients), then some of the drugs and supplements that can calm this over-stimulation may well help with your sleep:
Four Ways To Reduce Your ME/CFS "Wired But Tired" Hyperaroused Brain State
@Hip I tried magnesium. But I wake up too early. Terrible quality of sleep. Have to stop after a few says.
Is that because of the calcium??
Hmm cause I also have this one from Solgar with Calcium Magnesium and Zinc. And wake up too early as well. Very frustrating. Magnesium helps me a lot not too grt overstimulated. But can't use it too much because of sleep.........Not sure, but as an aside, I find taking 500 mg of calcium as I go to bed noticeably helps me not only to get to sleep quicker, but also deepen my sleep. ME/CFS patients it seems often have sleep that is too "thin" or shallow.
If you want to prolong sleep, one thing I find works well is eating a lot of cherries before bed. There was a study that showed cherries can prolong sleep time by 90 minutes, and that's pretty much exactly what I found with cherries: if you eat them before bed, you carry on slumbering happily for an extra 90 minutes in the morning, past your normal waking up time.
I used this pituitary, 1 tab at bedtime. Nutricology hypothalamus, thymus; Enzymatic Therapies Adrenergize. This sounds interesting, along with the other glandulars you mentioned. Can you say which brand you were using and the dose? Thanks.
I now take 75 mg seroquel and 50 trazadone to get to sleep. Then if I wake in middle night I take 7.5 zoplucone. I'm a walking pharmacy.
