I've been on Equilibrant for 3 weeks now, taking one tablet twice a day and have been having problems sleeping. Nothing seems to be working: essential oils, melatonin, benadryl, ambien . . . nothing! That stuff gets me to fall asleep for about 4 hours max and now the lack of sleep is really starting to affect my health to the point where I don't know if I feel the way I do because of the Equilibrant or the lack of sleep. Has anyone else experienced this?
