Hi all,

Several weeks ago I came across a snippet of a longer treatise @Freddd posted about paradoxical folate deficiency, and now I can't find it. So first question, can someone point me to that page? ...

I am taking a low dose b complex transdermal with the active bs (no folate/b12), 2000mcg mb12 sublingual, and sublingual 200mcg methylfolate/250mcg adeno/mb12 , I do okay with the b complex and b12, but when I take the methylfolate/adeno sublingual I feel good at first, but hours to days later will have increased anxiety, weakness, and shortness of breath.

Are these symptoms of increased need for potassium or increased need for folate?

I am drinking more coconut water, but can't tell if it helps.

I wish I could comment on the above but I am too early in this, still exploring. Would love however to know what brand of transdermal B you have found that has no folate/B12. I'm in CA as well. Thanks.

Perhaps for the anxiety try some transdermal magnesium?
