Shower filter problems

In an attempt to reduce my exposure to chlorine I have fitted a KDF-55 shower filter (contains copper and zinc) by Rainshow'r. I have developed nausea and don't know if the 2 are related.

Has anyone else developed symptoms or had worse symptoms since installing something similar?

Thanks

I have PUR water filter on my kitchen faucet. It removes all the chlorine using charcoal I think. I have actually tested the water and it works.

Maybe you need something like that? The only way you'll know if it's the filter is to remove it and do a test.
