I thought this might help someone. I've been taking Jarrow's Shilajit (one capsule upon waking) for the past 2 weeks and have noticed a subjective improvement in 'adrenal fatigue', as well as mental stamina/cognition.

The downside is that it exacerbates my depression (I believe it lowers serotonin), and also seems to make me feel more aggressive (increases Test), so I may have to cycle off it eventually. But perhaps others may find it more tolerable.

thank you for sharing your findings. :) I wonder what is different between the Jarrow and the resin type?
I may give it a go.
