Seasonal allergies hit hard

Are seasonal allergies hitting you hard?
I feel like I've been hit by a truck.
Doctors say that this will be a very hard season for allergy sufferers.

I stay indoors, use nasal sprays and Benadryl and still feel horrible.
Does anyone have a solution that works?

I am dying. It took six weeks to get over the monster cold virus I caught and it has left me still with post nasal and asthma flare ups. The only thing that's been helping me is lots of real pseudofed and nyquil. And I'm in massive fibro pain all over my body. I already hate this season with the rain and the humidity and the pollen.

I can support your observation. A lot of people in my surrounding have seasonal allergy problems like they had never before.
