it would be nice if there was a list of safe and reliable suppliers for supplements- there seems to have been some deaths from tryptophan poisoning recently

you mean brands? i also find it tricky and hard. and even for 1 brand the quality of each supplement could be different. such as solgar got their metafolin from merck but i heard other solgar product got issue before.

There was trypophan poisoning in the late 80's which I remember well as soon PWME were taking it then
