Rich,

I want to start your protocol but after page 100 or so of reading the b12 thread I don't know if I am coming or going.

I am convinced that the best way to get out of CFS is to the methylation + treat infections + Inmune function. I have low NK cell, Low T cell and High B cells, HH6V, PArvo and cosakie virus. Treating all that with imunovir and equillibrant. When I add a multivitimin https://secure.endfatigue.com/store/products/supplements/berry-splash/ I can get up to a 9 (on 2 different occasions). I would day I am on a 6 in the functional scale 0 - 10.

My symptoms are primarily Neurological, POTs and Bad PEM.

My Dr told me to stop b12 because the levels were 3,000 (after attempting Freddd). I get left eye pain and angina pain when I test high for b12.

So I want to make sure I don't add too much b12 but still get the benefit of your protocol.
1) Where in USA to get the genetic test by my own (no Dr involved), Or if it is needed at all.
2) The first grader version of the list of things I need to get started.

I appreciate your help,

You could do a 23 and me and then decode the raw data. There will be some snips that aren't covered in that test. but it will give you a good idea of your methylation status. Freddd has said that serum B12 is not a good indicator. I would work on methylation first as then it would be easier for your body to get rid of infections and build your immune function.
