Profuse Hypoperfusion?

I have read that profuse hypoperfusion is very common in ME patients. I had a SPECT scan a while back - it revealed profuse hypoperfusion, akin to lyme-related encephalopathy. While the lyme was and is still in doubt, the profuse hypoperfusion, imo, is not. Unfortunately, the doctor that ordered the test on my behalf did not know what to do with the results and other docs have dismissed the findings altogether. Curious...has anyone seen a medical specialist who knew how to interpret a SPECT scan and offer treatment options? TIA!

Byron hyde knew about hypoperfusion in m.e in the 1940,s as far as I can remember there was no suggestions for treatment.

Yes, I’ve had my SPECT scan interpreted by Dr Sonia Neubaur (Chili, nuclear medicine) and Dr Byron Hyde.

According to Dr Hyde, having brain hypoperfusion is a component of ME.

A decade ago, I had a SPECT scan that showed moderate hypoperfusion throughout the parietal and temporal lobes. If I were to have one now I know it would be markedly worse.
