Unless he's an ME/CFS expert, I think most doctors are pretty ignorant about probiotics.Its what the Dr prescribed.
Wow, surprised to hear him recommend a probiotic containing L. acidophilus. I thought Mutaflor (E. coli Nissle) was his favorite. Then again, with all the subtypes that we fall into, what's good for one person may not be the case for someone else. He seems to be one of the smarter guys dealing with this condition so I'd tend to trust his opinion.He is. Dr KDM

BTW, the Bififlor seems to contain some other ingredients, which seem like they may be prebiotics, so maybe there's a reason he's recommending this specific brand.
