(Pleo) Alkala powder?

    Someone mentioned this in another thread, to help reduce lactic acid so muscles don't hurt as much. I'd be happy if I reduced the pains afterwards by half because I could do more. I would like to get some other opinions on whether it works, how much to take, when to take it. Are there other supplements that do better or the same?

    Take one spoon in a glass at 10 am in the morning 6 weeks in a row and the built up lactic acid disappears substantially. Then you drink a glas whenever you feel the lactic acid is mounting after an exercise, at the end of the day, to kick start the day or when you have spent time in an polluted area, anything that intoxicates your system like smoke or paint. Even a supplement or medicine that didn't work out well for you will be eliminated better if you drink a glass of Alkala N.
