I signed it but commented that if they do not increase funding for ME/CFS research and XMRV etc, feel free to cut! The US is broke!!

Eric - as I understand, (and I'm not taking sides) Obama would like to keep NIH the same with an increase for inflation and part of the Republican agenda is to cut NIH. I believe they both want to cut overall but disagree which areas should go up on the chopping block. Again - I don't want to start any political debates, I think that's the facts.
