Hello..

I am very overwhelmed right now and i need some help ordering some supplements.

Im not looking to do any hardcore methylation protocals. All i want to do is support my genetics.

The following mutations are what i am concerned about

MTRR A66G +/+
MTR A2756G +/+

MTHFR 677T +/-

As you can see i have the "double whammy". I have read i need up to 5000mcg a day of methylb12 for this.

Right now i am taking 1mg b12 a day, and eating raw organic liver.

I am wondering if i need higher doses up to 5mg? I was considering taking 5mg a day for the double whammy but then i read to take that dose i need b complexes, adb12, methylfolate etc etc and i just dont haev the money for all this stuff.

Basically im looking for advice on these mutations. If i take 5mg b12, can i just take a b complex and some metafolin and be done with it? No adeb12 or carnintine etc etc.

thanks
