Has anyone tried to treat their neurotoxicity while having low cortisol? It seems like many things will lowers cortisol. I tried baclofen last night and it seemed to do the same thing, Jay Goldstein says it can inhibit CRH. I want to try Gabapentin or Lamactil does Lamotrigine and I am concerned the same thing will happen. Anyone have any advice on this topic? Thank you!

If your cortisol is low enough to warrant replacement will make the issue moot because you will get the cortisol you need from exogenous sources.
