I ended up on a mailing list Physician's First Watch, one of the NEJM Journal Watch alerts.

Today it had:

Had a quick look and it's not too bad. The failing is the section on treatment - no great surprise there, but at least it does say that GET may not be indicated for everyone. The article very clearly says that CFS is not psychological.
