I just got my dna results back from 23andMe and here is my data below. I would appreciate advice from any knowledgeable people on how best to proceed regarding methylation and diet. I read that I should adopt a sulfur free diet on several sites. One issue is am finding conflicting information regarding what foods contain sulfur. If anyone has a reliable source that would be great.
I have been on a leaky gut & candida diet for about a year, which improved some things for me. Much of the diet contained sulfur rich foods though.
