Neck and shoulder pain?

Very useful, thanks. Neck pain has always been my worst. I think combining theses stretches with massage therapy would be beneficial.

I fixed a frozen shoulder years ago by working trigger points. It's pretty amazing.

I have chronic neck pain that radiates down my right arm. I work the scalenes (page 7) regularly to keep this under control. You have to dig around a bit - they sit under the big neck tendons. But they're easy to find because they hurt like the dickens.
