I deleted my post.

After looking up Lyrica and Neurontin + vivid dreams, I saw that most people are complaining that these drugs are making their dreams worse. For me, it was the opposite. So, I must be the exception to the rule. Stay away from them.

Turns out the appointment will be in September! And bear in mind there is no guarantee this guy isnt a m0ron like most of the docs I have been to.
Can you find out what, it anything, this guy know about sleep architecture and sleep cycles? A lot of 'sleep specialist' are pulmonologists looking for only sleep apnea. You will have a better change if he is a neurologist.

2 weeks or so sleeping earthed. No nightmares and my dreams are more pleasant. For example, I have stopped dreaming about a girl I went out with years ago. Now I dream about others, which feels like my subconscious its finally moving on, and overall the themes and feelings are more positive in my dreams (no frustration).
