I recently just started taking Methyl B12 and Methyl Folate and I'm experiencing a ton of inflammation and a really strong detox reaction and I only started at 1 800mcg pill of folate and 1000mcg of B12. I have lyme disease and a ton of other issues going on and I am really really toxic. I'm just wondering if a detox reaction off of such a small dose can be normal?
