Again, another 101 question. What does it mean to have consistant metal "dumps" in green zone on a toxic elements test? Before starting methylation supps, my pre-baseline test showed 4 metals excreting in green zone. Start methyaltion supps and this upped to 9-13 metals excreting in green zone still, one in yellow on one urine test and one in yellow on a hair test.
Do healthy people excrete metals like this naturally? Is this more likely a sign of moving out what comes in or of cells releasing slowly but surely?
Is it possibly that we don't handle metals moving like this well? That even green zone excretions can cause detox symptoms?
