Metafolin Vs Quatrefolic?

I have tried sublingual Quatrefolic (Seeking Health's) and didn't like it. Too strong, makes me anxious, tense and raises adrenaline (or adrenaline like compounds) too much.

Metafolin works without the electric jolt.

Recently I've tried the Thorne's 5-MHTF which is based on another form of active folate from the same company that produces Quatrefolic. This one feels halfway between Metafolin and Quatrefolic. A bit stronger than the former without the side effect of the latter.
