I've read that these are both excellent sources of active B9, but how do you know which one is best for you? Trial and error? Are there's certain SNPs / symptoms that are better w metafolin and some that are better w L-5-MTHF?

    thanks

I believe these 2 are one and the same.

I believe that major sources come in a calcium salt form and a glcosamine salt form
