Have you considered the Solgar b12?
http://au.iherb.com/Solgar-Sublingual-Methylcobalamin-Vitamin-B12-1000-mcg-60-Nuggets/10740

We've found it to be almost as good as the Jarrow, and you get to keep the skin on your gum.

Here's the 'other ingredients' list:
Mannitol, silica, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable cellulose, natural cherry flavor.
Free of: Gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, preservatives and colors.

If you want capsules: you could open a capsule and empty it into the space between your lower jaw and your cheek.

Ah I forgot about Solgar!

I ordered some of the Thorne to try first. I may try emptying the capsule, good advice there. Thank you!
